Registration Form for Classes


    

 Religious Formation sessions will be held on Wednesday evenings, from 7:00pm until 8:00pm, with age-appropriate groups including, but not limited to :

          Children : 4 yr. old, Primary, Intermediate through 5th grade

          Adults : singles couples and families  ( Child care can be provided for participants; call the offices by Tuesday.)

          Youth :  Middle School

 

                    Middle School Youth Ministry

         Middle school youth ministry meets Wednesday evenings from 7:00 PM till 8:00 PM.  Occasionally, there is open gym before youth group.  Contact Chris Hueth at the Parish office by Phone at 452-6491; by email at mchueth@mt.net or by cell phone at 868-2286.

High-school Youth Ministry

Sacraments

      The Sacraments are key moments of encountering God at significant times in our lives in a special and tangible way. Persons wishing to celebrate  sacraments should be registered and active members of our parish.  Information on any of the formation sessions for sacraments can be obtained by calling the parish office at 452-6491. For specific information on Confirmation or first Sacraments (Eucharist and Reconciliation) contact the Elementary Coordinator, Colleen Biehl , at 761-4805


Education Commission

The Education Commission recalls the prophetic ministry of Jesus and the prophetic role we are to play as disciples.  The commission is made up of representatives from the parish and it's school and formation programs.  The work of the commission is to facilitate and further the education mission of Holy Spirit Catholic Parish.
