"This guide can be used to help change policies at the state and national level that affect the poor and most vulnerable people here and across the globe.  It describes several Catholic websites that discuss relevant issues and bills before the Montana State Legislature and U.S. Congress and how they do or do not conform to Catholic social teaching.  Information is provided so you can express your views to policy-makers in Helena and Washington D.C."  (Jerry Clark)
